Purple Umbrella Hazel
Quite new to cultivation, bred in Hungary and quickly becoming a popular ornamental plant, Purple umbrella Hazel has lightly contorted weeping branches. In summer, young leaves are purple-red, while older leaves turn redish-green. In Autumn it has a quirky multi stemmed structure.
Site: Requires some shelter
Soil: Any well-drained soil, must not be too damp
