The national flag of Monaco has two equal horizontal bands of red (top) and white; it is similar to the flag of Indonesia, which is longer, and the flag of Poland, which is white (top) and red. Red and white have been the heraldic colors of the House of Grimaldi since 1339 at least, but the design of the flag has changed with time. Our international flags are accurately reproduced to exact specifications. The flag has 2 brass grommets on the left edge for hanging. The 4″x6″ size is mounted to a staff with a spear top. Polyester flags are imported and not recommended for prolonged outdoor use. For outdoor use, we recommend our nylon flags. Also available below is an indoor/ceremonial version of the flag with a pole sleeve and gold fringe.
