Wayfaring tree
Vigorous large deciduous shrub with broad, leathery, greyish-green leaves which are felted underneath. Foliage sometimes turns dark red in autumn. Creamy white, fragrant flowers in early summer, followed by clusters of red berries which ripen to black and usually remain into winter.
